Still have questions? Feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help you plan your visit.

How do I get to Elephant Forest Phitsanulok ?
You can fly, take a train, or travel by car to Phitsanulok. From there, it’s about a 1-hour drive. We offer private transfer services from the airport, train station, or city.
Can I interact directly with the elephants (feed, touch, bathe)?

Yes. Gentle activities like Breakfast with Elephants and Enrichment Sessions are suitable for families with young children.

For forest walks, we recommend children aged 7 and above, as the trail includes uneven ground and slopes. Younger children may join at parents’ discretion with close supervision.

Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, and a hat are recommended. During rainy season, bring a light rain jacket or poncho.
Yes, a locally cooked Thai lunch is included for all full-day program participants. Vegetarian options are available—please inform us in advance.
Advance booking is recommended as space is limited.
Same-day bookings may be possible—feel free to check with us!
You can stay at U Phitsanulok, a 4-star hotel located onsite in the same forest, or choose from local accommodations nearby.
Yes, but not in the conventional sense. Elephant Forest is a protected natural space, created to offer a better life for rescued elephants. It’s a place where they can rediscover their instincts—not perform.
Our programs run year-round. Some rain is expected during the wet season (July–October).
In case of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we may adjust or reschedule the activity.
